100% inspection and sorting machine with a 700 mm diameter glass table, optimized for flat parts, bushings, and not-hangable metal components with a diameter of 5-45 mm and height in the range of 1-30 mm. Operating continuously, the machine can be freely modularly equipped with different feeding systems and up to 6 control stations.
The machine works by Dimac MCVx 2.0 vision software and control system, supported by Dimac PLC-managed handling system.
Nuts, fittings, washers, spacers, bushing, sleeves elastic rings, valve spring retainer, chain plates, fine blanking, threaded inserts, screws and bolts with a wide head, shaft, plugs, stud pins, typically in the range:
