The SPC-Dimac system is a family of Automatic SPC solutions tailored to the needs of production in terms of flexibility in feeding, control plans, and precision.
Every machine is designed starting from standard software and hardware modules that guarantee reliability, time of delivery, and commissioning characteristics of series machines.
Dimensional measurements and quality controls by computer vision, eventually coupled with mechanical gauges, AI tools, SFS, and linear cameras, permit to substitution of quite every human inspection in the control plan.
Unique measurement process management system SPCx allows for the combination of the computations of results from different instruments, cameras, and images. For example, it is possible for the elaboration of one image according to the measurement response of another image (automatic selection of different variants, logical interpretation of two different faces, calculation of compound tolerances).
Possibility to interface any USB instrument to add manual measures to the Database.

SPC-Dimac system works with control plan recipes prepared by the quality control department for a family of parts produced in the company. The recipes should be always updated to the latest release of the control plans and the synchronization should be automatic.
SPC-Dimac system interfaces with the company ERP system to verify the correct alignment of the control plan version and enable the cycle start. The recipes programmed on any SPC-Dimac could be shared and transferred to another one in the company and be synchronized over the network with the company’s ERP System.
After the SPC-Dimac control, a validation process is designed to prevent corruption in the central database. Operators can address anomalies by choosing to accept the automatic measurement value, repeat the measurement, or correct it manually. SPC-Dimac tracks any modifications in the data and identifies the responsible operator. The validated acquired data is promptly transferred to the company’s ERP system.
