100% inspection and sorting machine with conveyor belt, characterized by high productivity at a low price. Optimized for optical dimensional inspection of pins, studs, and other cylindrical components with main development along the axis of symmetry (recommended length-to-diameter ratio > 2), with diameters in the 3-25 mm range and lengths in the 7-70 mm range, it can also be used for light bolts.

The machine works by Dimac MCVx 2.0 vision software and control system, supported by Dimac PLC-managed handling system.

Screws, fittings, stud pins, springs, shaft, headless screws, and rivets, special and turned parts, typically in the range:
