100% inspection and sorting machine with a 150 mm diameter metal table, optimized for bolts and hangable metal components in the range M2-M4 and underhead length up to 25 mm, can select from micro screws up to M5. Operating in continuous or indexed mode on 20 or 40 positions per turn of the table, the machine can be freely modularly equipped with different feeding systems and up to 3 control stations.
The machine works by Dimac MCVx 2.0 vision software and control system, supported by Dimac PLC-managed handling system.
