Automatic glass “v-track” machine for 100% inspection and sorting of cylindrical parts up to 70 mm

100% inspection and sorting machine with glass/metallic “V-track” sliding chute, characterized by high productivity at a low price. Optimized for optical dimensional inspection of pins, studs, and other cylindrical components with main development along the axis of symmetry (recommended length-to-diameter ratio > 2), with diameters in the 3-25 mm range and lengths in the 7-70 mm range, it can also be used for light bolts, springs, and other components.

The machine works by Dimac MCVx 2.0 vision software and control system, supported by Dimac PLC-managed handling system.

WORKING RANGE

Screws, fittings, stud pins, springs, special and turned parts having a 1:2 ratio between the maximum diameter and length, typically in the range:

HEAD DIAMETER: up to 25 mm
SHANK DIAMETER: 3-25 mm
MAXIMUM LENGTH: 70 mm
