  • In order to strengthen the sales structure, Dimac is looking for candidates to whom it can assign the following tasks:
Main responsibilities
  • Customer portfolio development;
  • Management of existing customers;
  • Planning and organization of your business activities;

Customer relationship management, creation of technical and economic offers supported by the technical office and service.

Essential requirements 
  • Ability to communicate with national and international customers in Italian and English;
  • Knowledge of Office applications: Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team;
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and monitor project phases in relation to assigned deadlines and objectives;
  • Ability to independently manage one’s work, with a proactive and problem-solving approach;
  • Previous experience in selling technical products;
  • Availability for national/international travel within the assigned territory (up to 80% of the time).
Preferred requirements
  • Technical Diploma or Degree
  • General knowledge of computer science and industrial automation
  • Knowledge of German is appreciated
  • Previous experience in selling technical products

 

Salary and contract will be commensurate with previous experience in the role.

The person we are looking for, who will report to the sales management, must have good communication and interpersonal skills. He/she will participate in the company’s commercial activity to strengthen the loyalty of the historical customer portfolio and develop new leads and new customers.

The candidate must be able to identify customer needs and report them to the technical office.

He/she will have to effectively manage the organization of customer contact and profiling activities, schedule visits and in-depth analyses for the presentation and promotion of company products at the customer’s premises or organize the customer’s visit to Dimac to learn about the company and directly demonstrate the products.

Working in a team with the company’s technical and back-office figures, he/she will manage the pre- and post-sales commercial negotiation phases, proposing offers and feasibility studies for new machinery, or setting up update, improvement and preventive and ordinary maintenance campaigns for machinery in service at customers’ premises in the area.

We are looking for two Project Managers to whom we can entrust the coordination activities of the orders, with a function of harmonization between the customer’s requests and the design and production needs.

We are looking for passionate people with knowledge in the field of mechanics and industrial automation, who have a predisposition to listen and welcome the needs of the Customer, who are available for daily/weekly visits and inspections at Italian and European clients, who have an aptitude for teamwork and problem solving.

Essential requirements 
  • Technical training (diploma or degree)
  • Good computer knowledge of the main Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Knowledge and understanding of written and spoken English – minimum level B1

Dimac, a metalworking company that designs and manufactures innovative solutions for quality control and 100% selection of automotive fasteners and small metal parts, is looking for an experienced automation systems designer to strengthen its research and development structure.

The resource will report to the R&D Manager and will collaborate on development activities in the field of industrial automation, focusing on updating and improving the products in the company catalog and on the development of new solutions to be introduced on the market. 

The activity mainly involves:
  • Collaboration in defining projects, drafting related specifications and defining release protocols;
  • Collaboration in hardware selection;
  • Automation software/firmware development on PLC, PC and robots;
  • /Collaboration in product release, installation and testing tests.
Essential requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science in fields relevant to the required position or diploma in a technical field (Electrical/Electromechanical).
  • Full autonomy in programming PLC systems (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens) and in managing motors and drives
  • Excellent predisposition for teamwork.
Preferred requirements:
  • Skills in programming languages C++, Python, C#
  • Skills in programming robotic systems.
  • Skills in managing controlled and synchronized axes
  • Experience in electromechanics and industrial automation
  • Experience in the field of automatic machine tending
  • Quality control knowledge
  • Knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
