Automatic metal table sorting machine with indexed or continuous motion for hanging metal parts up to 1 kg

100% inspection and sorting machine with a 360 mm diameter metal table, optimized for bolts and hangable metal components in the range M6-M24 and underhead length up to 220 mm, is commonly used also for bushings. Operating in continuous or indexed mode on 10, 20, or 40 positions per turn of the table, the machine can be freely modularly equipped with different feeding systems and with up to 5 control stations.

The machine works by Dimac MCVx 2.0 vision software and control system, supported by Dimac PLC-managed handling system.

WORKING RANGE

Screws, bolts, ball pins, tie rods, fittings, flanged bushing, and special parts cold-formed or turned, typically in the range:
